Breast Milk Storage Guidelines
If you are pumping, there is no getting around it. You have to store breast milk. Whether you will be storing milk in the fridge with storage bottles or in the freezer with breast milk storage bags, it's important that you follow the recommended guidelines for storage and preparation of human breast milk for the safety of your baby.
